Remember what I was saying about simple, 5-minute recipes? This gourmet pasta recipe is one of the best!
5 Simple Ingredients-16 ounces pasta -2 tablespoons butter
-1/2 teaspoon garlic salt -2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup milk
2 Simple Steps
1. Cook pasta: Boil water. Cook pasta in salted water until soft. Drain.
2. Simmer Gourmet Sauce: Add butter, salt, and milk in a separate saucepan. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese to taste. Simmer for 2 minutes and pour it over the pasta.
This is my “bare bones minimalist” style simple gourmet recipe – you can add garlic, garlic powder, corn, white wine, onions, chicken, ham, and/or shrimp to beef it up.
